Welcome to Roster Roundup! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Roster Roundup mobile application (the “App”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. User Accounts
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and update it as needed. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Accounts may only be created by individuals 13 or younger only with verified parental consent. (See Section 7: Children’s Privacy.) Misrepresenting your age or identity may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

5. Subscription Fees & Payments
Some features require a paid subscription or in-app purchase.
All fees are non-refundable unless required by law. We use third-party payment processors and do not store credit card information.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of the content (e.g. player profiles, images, videos) you upload. By submitting content, you grant Roster Roundup a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, host, display, and share your content within the App for the purposes of operating the platform.
You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of any content you post.
7. Children’s Privacy
Roster Roundup is committed to protecting children’s privacy. If a user’s graduation year indicates they are under age 13, a parent or guardian’s email will be required for consent before account setup can proceed.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 without verified parental consent. If we discover such data was collected without consent, we will delete it promptly.

8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or misuse of the App.
You may cancel your subscription or delete your account through your account settings. Termination does not entitle you to a refund but will allow access until the end of your billing period.
9. Disclaimers
Roster Roundup is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, nor are we responsible for any loss, injury, or damage related to use of the App.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roster Roundup shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Roster Roundup, its affiliates, and personnel from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the App, your content, or your breach of these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
13. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page and are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
